That's not your average John Carpenter movie. Set to premiere on March 20, 1997 and tell the story of a group of people who fight an evil cult while also tackling the effects of climate change, Year Of The Phoenix 2: Wrath Of Asclepius is an intriguing story about a small group of eco-warriors who band together to stop the human race from destroying the Earth. "Year Of The Phoenix" is directed by Frank Darabont ("The Green Mile," "Shawshank Redemption") and features appearances by Pierce Brosnan, CCH Pounder and Patrick Swayze.
The film, which is a follow-up to 1997's "Year Of The Phoenix," is described as a serious eco-thriller that explores the lives of five disparate people who uncover a conspiracy that threatens the future of humanity, and it will be distributed by Anchor Bay Films.

INDIANAPOLIS – Thaddeus Young is trying to solidify himself as one of the top power forwards in the NBA.
His job is easier to accomplish with the Indiana Pacers’ lineup being put together. Young, a 6-foot-8, 230-pound power forward, will have his hands full in the frontcourt with 7-footer Roy Hibbert, 6-9 power forward David West and 7-1 center Myles Turner.
“It’s about playing hard and having a will to win,” Young said. “There’s always room for improvement. We have a lot of great players and good chemistry. We’re not just going to put together a team and make excuses of why we lost games. We need to come together and play hard every night and try to win every game.”
Young, the 10th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft, is still adjusting to his new surroundings.
